Provide help desk software support to include the following tasks:
- Serve as point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Determine the best solution
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up support
- Visual Studio
- SQL Server
- Telerik user controls
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or other technical discipline) and 1 year of direct experience.
