The Senior Project Control Analyst will be responsible for various Project Control functions to include:

•  Prepare detailed Project Setup Requests in accordance with contract awards and internal Project Control processes.  This includes employee and vendor workforce set-up, identifying appropriate labor categories (LCAT) and LCAT billing rates to ensure proper charging. 
•  Prepare Billing Requests, monitor unbilled costs, funding backlog and compile back-up documentation. Obtain appropriate approvals.  Review Customer Invoice for accuracy.
•  Develop and analyze detailed estimate to complete (ETCs)/estimates at completion (EACs) for assigned projects.  
•  Participate in EAC meetings with Project Management to review project status, staffing, and identify potential funding risks.
•  Attend and gather data at internal Kick-off meetings for new contract setup.
•  Track, report, and analyze various project and cost data as needed.
•  Review Purchase Order Requests for accuracy and proper account coding. Assist with the preparation of Purchase Order Requests for Project Management. 
•  Enter Purchase Orders in Costpoint as required.
•  Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

•  Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business disciplines
•  5+ years of professional experience in a budgeting, finance or project control related field 
•  Government contracting experience with knowledge of various contract types including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M) and Cost Reimburseable 
•  Experience with large contracts that have multiple CLIN and revenue types
•  Comprehensive understanding of EAC development, process and procedures in financial analysis.
•  Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills 
•  Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications with strong emphasis on MS Excel  
•  Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Must be highly organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment  

Desired Qualifications
•  Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos is highly desired
