Description
Seneca Global Services is looking for Sr. EHR Organizational Transformation Specialists to join our mobile adoption team (MAT) supporting the implementation of a new EHR system, MHS GENESIS, for the Department of Defense.  This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.


In this role, you will be a champion for change. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead change management workshops to support strategy sessions, facilitate site transformation and lead systems administration
  • Facilitate the implementation of MHS GENESIS processes and key support staff
  • Provide non-system training activities and programs designed to improve adoption at sites in preparation for deployment/sustainment of the new system

Location:
This position is remote but will require extensive travel within the region.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum seven (7) years of Functional Area or Workflow Analyst experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Mastery of business process management disciplines, methodologies, and to optimize work and relationships between IT systems, customers, patients and leaders of various health care settings
  • Strong effective teaching, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and make independent decisions while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
