Seneca Global Services is seeking a service contracts analyst to support the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency's (AFMRA) Central Contract Management Team (CCMT) in San Antonio, Texas.
Duties of the analyst include the following:
*Reviewing contracts' monthly program management review submittals
*Assisting with tracking new requirements documents
*Assisting in interpreting contract requirements and presenting results
*Maintaining COR rosters
*Assisting with tracking of acquisition related tasks, including tracking data calls
*Supporting CORs in identifying required information for program management review briefings
*Analyzing AFMRA COR reports/data/slides
*Reviewing and advising CORs on procedures used to obtain contract funding data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy
*Assessing and continually monitoring the performance of contract execution
*Assisting with exploring/analyzing contract data, identifying problems and developing analytical plans
*Six (6) years of experience in medical logistics, medical contracts, requirements generation, acquisitions, acquisition support or purchasing and procurement of DoD services.
*Deep knowledge of military medical services contracting
*Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with no supervision
*Knowledge of government regulations, policies, procedures and limitations within scope of responsibilities
*Ability to coordinate with all management levels required by DoD policies or procedures
