Seneca Global Services is seeking a Project Coordinator who helps clients manage, execute, optimize, and report the financial activities and coordination assistance for meetings, conferences, and workshop planning, for a DOD customer located in Orlando. The position is 100% remote, but the hired candidate must be able to visit on-site as needed. 



  • Provide technical support to issue funding via GFEBS Purchase Request, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPRs), and Direct Charge to all DoD and non-DoD clientele.
  • Provide analysis and oversight to Transactions, evident invoice discrepancies, and resolve erroneous intermediate documents
  • Prepare, manage, and update briefings while attending and monitoring meetings.
  • Prepares a variety of comprehensive status reports, management summaries, and briefing papers that identify problems.
  • Assist in preparing risk management plans, risk mitigation plans, and implementation plans
  • Support assigned project meetings, reviews, and technical interchanges as required


  • Active Secret clearance, with Top Secret eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of three years of experience in supporting financial management, business process reengineering, financial data analytics, or financial management systems within the federal government, preferably the DoD
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • DoD Financial Systems with experience in research and development planning
  • Managing and reporting on multiple projects
  • Administering a broad range of funding vehicles and how they differ in obligations & execution
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience and knowledge with SharePoint
  • High-level proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to quickly learn to use new IT systems and software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a demonstrated ability to make complex concepts easy to understand
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment
