This position requires an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collect, interpret, and analyze technical guidance and policy from many forums, both internal and external
- Assist CHESS leadership in developing and writing a data strategy
- Work with the client to evaluate where the technical guidance and policy needs to be applied to CHESS business processes
- Assist in implementation of processes and/or procedures requiring technical and business understanding
- Evaluate contract scope and product specifications across multiple contracts and ensure they are aligned to Army and/or DoD guidelines, policies, and expectations
- Serve as the liaison between CHESS product officers, operations staff, and the technical development team
- Work with the technical director and their staff to understand and advise on structuring and delivering data to ensure the best conditions for analysis, including the gathering and documenting of potential new requirements
- Provide recommendations on the structure and collection of data, as well as tools and software necessary for data strategy and analytics
- Assist in building and maintaining partnership between CHESS and stakeholders such as NETCOM, ISEC, ARCYBER, Army CIO and others
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 6-10 years of experience in administrative, communication or technical environment within the DoD and/or Army
- Ability to work with Excel, Tableau, SAS, SQL and/or other database environments
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Ability to organize and maintain large amounts of data and information
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Be well versed in data architecture
- Experience presenting data analysis to large audiences
- Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new programs, when required
- A+ certification required
- Security+ preferred
